I was in a bad situation as I left my CPAP in the overhead bin ion a plane n the US. My wife saw another review here where Michalis went above and beyond to help someone in a similar situation. I had a 5 hour layover in ATH before we headed to Corfu to sail for a week. I called Michalis and explained the situation. He quickly recommended a replacement machine, but then we had to figure me at the airport as shipping was not an option for me. I was willing to pay anything not to ruin my trip with my wife. Michalis called me back a few minutes later and said if i placed my order right away, that he could have it delivered to ATH. Considering the situation, the price he charged for the delivery was very reasonable. Well, 2 hours later Panagiotis met me by door 3 at ATH, ensured I had the app to configure the CPAP and asked if i had any questions. From crisis to problem solved, while sitting in an airport in just a few hours. Michalis and Panagiotis clearly cared about me and my problem - it showed. I highly recommend them! I can not thank you guys enough.

Michael was extremely helpful when I left my cpap mask at home and didnt realize until we were in our hotel in Athens. He arranged to bring a mask to the hotel, which was a lifesaver. Michael and this company are wonderful.

I want to thank Mr. Mihalis from the bottom of my heart for helping my brother receive a new CPAP machine on our visit to Greece. My brother’s machine was damaged in transit and he desperately needed a new one. We called on a Tuesday evening and received the new machine on Thursday by overnight courier from Athens to Kefalonia. Mr. Mihalis kept us informed every step of the way, confirming every detail. Mr. Mihalis and Multi Doctor Shop were a true Blessing. My brother will now sleep in peace the next 10 nights. Thank you!
