Έκανα την φορολογική μου δήλωση φέτος στην εταιρεία Greek advisors. Η ομάδα τους ήταν αποτελεσματική, καλά ενημερωμένη και παρείχε σαφείς οδηγίες. Η διαδικασία ολοκληρώθηκε άμεσα και χωρίς προβλήματα. Συνιστάται για αξιόπιστες φορολογικές υπηρεσίες.

Επισκέφθηκα το γραφείο για επιχειρηματική συμβουλευτική και έμεινα απόλυτα ικανοποιημένος. Το προσωπικό ήταν εξαιρετικά εξυπηρετικό, πρόθυμο να απαντήσει σε κάθε μου ερώτηση και με βοήθησε να ξεκαθαρίσω τα επόμενα βήματά μου. I am daughter of Greek emigrant who came back to his island for his retirement and bought himself a nice house in Rhodes Island. Sadly he passed away in 2015. I personally don't speak Greek and don't know my way around the Greek bureaucracy but anyway I still have to fulfill the succession for the house, hoping to sell it soon. So I came across the GREEK ADVISORS agency, I found a nice guy, well groomed, speaking perfect english in a beautiful office who tells me that the way to get the inheritance and get all the formalities done is not easy at all, there is the court involved, a lawyer, an accountant, official procedures and whatnot, that for a non resident would be an impossible task to do. But HE would do all that, with my power of attorney he would get all the formalities done and bring me to the notary's desk for the final signature of the succession. Without a hustle, no worries at all. So this is what he does, get all the official procedures done for his foreign clients as many foreigners buy houses in Greece, then eventually pass away and their offsprings have to deal with the properties without a clue of how to get around the Greek bureaucratic procedures. This is precisely what he does and is exactly what I need! I was so relieved at the time, I thought I had my problems under control... The whole operation will be costly, of course, he will need a total of 10.000€ to do so, but then I think how am I going to do everything by myself? How much will it cost me going back and forth each time in order to solve every little problem? So probably this is the best choice I have and I immediately provide him his request of 10.000€, thinking that the next time I will be flying over would be to the notary's office to sign the property inheritance. After that I don't really know what is going on, months go by, years go by... I continue anyways paying a lawyer, taxes and the person in charge of selling the house. Now I'm still not close to having the property in my name, I'm not sure exactly where I'm at to be honest, but what I know is that I'm nowhere near to the notary's office yet. Then the person in charge of the management and the sale of the property last week calls on him for some detail or whatever was needed then refers to me that he said he is no longer my accountant anymore, to get a new accountant... WHAT??? Without giving me an explanation or a reason, without finishing his job, without fulfilling his claims and promises!?!?! So where did my 10.000€ go??? My money doesn't grow on trees, I worked hard and I'm not at all happy to waste it on some polished guy in a nice office for nothing and being dumped half way through!!! So for all of you foreign owners of a property in Rhodes island, don't make the mistake I did, choose another accountant because this person is all appearance and is not reliable AT ALL. He will take your good money and do NOTHING! Oh, the funniest thing ever is that he gave HIMSELF a 5 star rating, see below, the second rating is a 5 star by no other than himself, if I wasn't so disappointed I would laugh out loud!
